I am hate to announce that i put on weight abt 10 kilos in all. So i decided to put on my running shoes n decided to go to the gym everyday after work. now i'm happy that my fav jean is able to fit in. I cut down on a lots of my favorite foods

My favorite foods are...................................................

1) Ice Cream
2) Fastfood
3) Coke
4) Donuts
5) Bubble Tea
6) Malay dishes
7) Chocolates
8) Pratas
9)Mee goreng
10)Nasi Goreng

I am now eating all the healthy kind such as Low Fat Cheese, Wholemeal bread, Cereal , oats n raisins......My maid would sometime cooked for me bubur or fishball soup no cooking oil involve.
I will run on the treatmill abt 45 mins, calories burn abt 300 n i tried running n walking for 58 mins calories burn is 400. for the past few day i tried to run n brisk walk that burn 500 calories. That is my target for now. I want my weight to be between 65 to 70kg. Hopefully i would success. N look good in front of my hubby. I want him to be proud of me. All i do is just for him only.
