24th december is not a good day for me, it is because i try to call patients to come early for doctor kenneth Mak clinic. His first appt is 9am but the patient is admitted to the ward. so i call the other patient to come earlier. He came at abt 10.15am. i call mr yeo to come at abt 10.30 coz his appt is suppose to be 11 am. But dr mak sees pt at his own pace. so he call sister to complain. he want to shoot a letter to CEO. I AM IN TROUBLE. WHAT SHOULD I DO. I WILL HAVE TO APOLOGIES TO HIM LATER. LETS SEE HOW THE OUTCOME GOING TO BE.
